Love At First Bite Cakery is an exciting hobby for cake designer Amanda Benkendorf, who has 20-years experience in creating beautiful and delicious cakes for friends and family.  Whether it is a wedding, birthday, anniversary, graduation, baby shower, or other special event, she enjoys designing the perfect cake for the occasion.  Originating from a family catering business, she has always had a passion for creating delicious food while incorporating an element of art into it.  Cake designing became that marriage of food and art, and she enjoys the challenge that cake designing offers.  Extensive education and training in cake decorating has given her the necessary skills to use different edible mediums in her creations.  With all her experience and talent, she can create a spectacular cake without the high prices of bakery businesses.
