Wedding Cake Delivery/Setup Fee:
$50 We deliver as far north as Fernandina Beach/Hilliard, as far south as St. Augustine/Starke, as far east as the beaches, and as far west as MacClenny. Click here for a map of our delivery area. Cakes can be delivered outside of our area for an additional fee, so please contact our office for a quote. Equipment Rental Fees: Any of our cake stands can be rented for your event. A deposit of $150 is due at the time of your final payment, and we will gladly refund $100 of the deposit upon the return of the equipment. All equipment is due within 5 days following the event, or the refund is forfeited. Sales Tax Rate: A rate of 7% Florida sales tax will be applied to your final cake order.
Date Availability:
Dates fill fast on our calendar, so please contact us for availability. Make note that we cannot secure your date until a contract is completed and a deposit submitted. Non-Refundable Deposit: In order to guarantee your date and placed your order on our design schedule, we require a 50% deposit of the wedding cake total listed on the contract. This deposit is non-refundable, and we accept all major credit cards. Final Payment: Final payment of the contract is due no later than 14 days prior to the event date. Design Consultations: Feel free to contact us to set up an appointment to discuss the design you have in mind. We encourage you to bring any photos you may have of cakes you like or aspects of cakes you want to incorporate into your design. Cake Tasting: Throughout the year, we can be visited at various bridal shows, where we offer cake flavors, buttercreams, and fondant to sample. Upon request, we also provide a complimentary tasting at the consultation of up to three cake flavors. If needed, additional cake flavors can prepared for a nominal fee.
